Loom works with Tour Companies to improve the experience for travellers prior to, and during a tour.

The Loom App provides an electronic itinerary, details of the days actives, connects travellers with their tour guide, inbuilt chat functions to get to know travellers before the tour.

As a partner of Loom we create unique codes for each of your tours, which is sent in your confirmation email. This unique code is simply entered into the Loom App.

Loom then automatically connects travellers on the same tour, and introduces them to their Tour Guide prior to the tour.

Furthermore all members of the tour are placed into group chat within the app. Making day one for the Tour Guide a lot easier, the travellers will know what their Tour Guide and fellow travellers look like and it eliminates the awkward meet and greets. Not to mention instant help for anyone that is lost, or running late.
